On his twelfth birthday, Gon leaves his island home for the Hunter Exam, a selection process with a mortality rate to match its prestige. Along the way he falls in with three others: Kurapika, the last of a clan slaughtered for their crimson eyes; Leorio, a brash student funding his medical degree; and Killua, a child assassin estranged from his family. Overall the show was great and I highly recomend.
