During the reign of Iemitsu Tokugawa, the third Tokugawa shogun, the one-eyed swordsman Yagyu Jubei died in Yamashiro Prefecture. A year earlier, a group of soldiers led by Hidetada Tokugawa came from an alternate universe, where Ieyasu Tokugawa was a ninja, to eliminate Yagyu Jubei. Yagyu Jubei has to fight to solve the mystery of the ninja Ieyasu Tokugawa.
