(Review edited and resturctured)
Introduction:
And so it begins, the journey towards JoJo's bizzare adventures, out from the segmented meme clips in the internet. What I experienced from JoJo's first is an overall simple shonen story about JoJo's adventure in fighting bad guys. This is the first series of JoJo's bizarre adventure, and it is arguably the least bizzare out of all JoJo's series, JoJo's storylines will progressibely get more bizarre as the parts progress.
What I like:
- The dialogues are memorable (hence the memes)

Examples including many of Joseph's and Dio's dialogues.
- Some of the characters are entertaining, and most of them are likeable

Joseph is the highlight of this series so far. Characters like the Pillar Men, Stronheim, Ceasar, and Speedwagon are decent as well.
- The music scores are bangers
The OP/ED are absolutely legendary, the BGMs do not disappoint either.

Notable examples including Jonathan's death, Pillar Men's theme, Ceasar's death.
- Voice actings are legendary
The highlight of the series, almost every voice actings is delivered brilliantly.
What I dislike:
- First part is overall quite bland

While it is not necessarily bad, it does not engage me to keep watching, mainly because the plot is the vanilla good vs bad with few twists and Jonathan, being the righteous gentleman, is not as entertaining as Joseph, who has more personality and tricks. The bad guys in part 1 is also not as interesting as part 2.
- Several plot conveniences

Examples including Dio resurrecting multiple times for whatever reasons (I know he is a meme legend, but it is quite annoying to see characters ressurected without enough reasons), though I can cut Joseph some slack since the entire gimmick of Joseph is using underhanded tricks and conveniences to solve problems.
- Several fight scene events feels disconnected

Examples including Joseph vs Wamuu 2 and Kars vs Joseph (plane). During Joseph and Wamuu fight, Wamuu casted Divine Sandstorm on Joseph, in which Joseph countered with Hamon and Wamuu got injured instead, but the animation shows Joseph getting injured by Divine Sandstrom (the animation even shows the blood). During Joseph's plane crash, Kars launched a life-transformation ambush on Joseph, forcing Joseph to eject with parachute, to which Kars rushed to, except the parachute was a dummy and Joseph was in the plane all along. This implies that the plane crashed slower than the parachute, which does not make sense.
- Some of the casts could be utilised more

Would like to see more actions from Lisa Lisa. Also, Dire should be given more screentime, heck he was killed 15 minutes after his introduction, I could not emphatize with his death.Overall:
- Pretty solid, delivered with passion, but overall storywriting contains flaws
- A great show, but I would not advocate with passion to watchers
