This one-shot may seem like a heavy ecchi at first glance, but it doesn't have much to do in favor of ecchi. (Basically, it's just some suggestive stuff, but it's mostly minor stuff.)
From what I remember, it runs at a decent pace; not too fast, but not too slow. (It's kind of been a while since I've read this, so I kinda forgot some of the stuff... eheheh...)
It's short, of course. (I mean, it's a one-shot, what'd you expect?) It does have more pages than some one-shots I've read in the past, so that's something. I would say it has a decent length, but not enough pages to tell a full, captivating story.
The story isn't much, honestly. I don't think that you can say "But it was for the story!" for this one as an excuse (if you were attracted by the cover). It actually has kind of an interesting enough premise, but that dies down real quick. The story gets real stale, real quick.
The characters aren't notable either. I didn't get attached to them like I usually do. Although, their designs were nice; the only characters you really see are Ama and Devi. (I want to see more characters!)
Now, I try not to judge things based off of the artistic preference of the artist, but sometimes it can affect how I enjoy it. Of course, the art is still always good, just may not be up to my preferences.
The art is okay. It's average IMHO. It's not very notable, although I do accept the effort it took to do it all.
This section may seem useless (especially for certain mangas), but fanservice discussion is important to me. I don't like uncomfortable fanservice, so I like to include this in reviews.
While the type of fanservice in Ama + Devi is completely normal in Japan (the characters are past Japan's age of consent) it's kind of awkward for me. But it's mostly just tame stuff, so it's not very weird for me.
60/100
Yeah, I don't remember enjoying this one much. It's not really something you'd miss out on if you didn't read this, soooo....
Read this if you want, but I honestly kind of advise against it.
I didn't enjoy this as much as I enjoy other one-shots. It's kind of mediocre in my opinion.
It was okay, I could read the whole thing through, but honestly.... Eh. I don't like it that much
You're better off reading Goodbye Eri than this if you're looking for romance. It's basically just... mid. Don't read this unless you want a few minutes wasted of your time. It's not a lot and certainly not an underrated "masterpiece".
