The preview synopsis of the show pretty much spoils the first episode; tokusatsu hero drops down on top of the girls and crushes them, then revives them with his essence/spirit/life force; he proceeds to lose his powers which now resides on the girls, and the girls can now transform, mahou shoujo style, into tokusatsu heroes of the own, by holding his "wand". The girls, then, can defeat today's episode monster-of-the-day with the power of their shame as they get increasingly naked because UFO-man is weakened due to having spread his powers with the three girls.
.
The main cast is composed of afore mentioned UFO-man, the tokusatsu hero, innocent in-love girl Silk (who's arguably the main main character), a.k.a. Ultimate Girl Small Boobs, foreigner yamato nadeshiko girl Vivienne, a.k.a. Ultimate Girl Big Boobs, and shameless cosplaying little-sister Tsubomi, a.k.a. Ultimate Girl Loli.
On the supporting front, we have a journalist "responsible" for naming things, Mr. Okamura-san, providing extra play-on-words, and his assistant Mayu, acting as the tsukkomi. And, finally, add to the list Makoto, Tsubomi's brother, as an obsessed photographer.
.
And that's basically it, a tokusatsu parody with "dirty" jokes. Nothing more I can say without outright spoiling the whole thing. That said, there's also some otome-like romance in it and some light comedy, plus a little bit of 'girl's love' for a temporary love-triangle-but-not-really kind of conflict in the afore mentioned otome-like romance. All-in-all, it's fine if you want to watch some short ecchi. I have seen way worse shows before; just don't expect it to blow your mind on any way.
