"Made in Abyss"is one of those Animes that are not what they seem to be, at first I thought it would be an ordinary "Kodomo", but after seeing the first season it totally changed my perspective, and today after the broadcast of its sequel about a month ago I come to bring you the review of this incredible Anime called "Made in Abyss".

"SYNOPSIS"
The "Abyss" is the last unexplored place in the world. Strange and wonderful creatures roam within, and it is full of precious relics that present humans can't recreate. Those that dare to explore the depths are known as "Cave Raiders." An orphan girl named Riko lives on the rim. Her dream is to become a Cave Raider like her mother and solve the mysteries of the cave system. One day, Riko starts exploring the caves and discovers a robot who resembles a human boy.

"CONTEXT, PLOT & DEVELOPMENT"
The great and deep Abyss is listed as one of the most unexplored places on the planet. Needless to say, it has layers, from the surface, to an indeterminate "end" of which it is not known how deep it could be. In this context, the series puts us together with the protagonists "Riko & Reg" who venture into this abyss to go in search of adventures and mysteries, the story has a support and can get to capture the attention of the viewer and in this area it is not I have complaints, speaking of the characters Riko starts out as a red whistle as a trainee, the blue whistle is for those with more experience, Reg, meanwhile, takes the passive attitude at first. He has an amnesia issue and learns everything from scratch (including life in the orphanage and discovering his abilities). His protagonism begins to stand out even more than Riko for the Nanachi arc, where he proved to have steel eggs to fight any monstrous animal in order to protect his waifu Riko.

"REVIEW"
Now let's move on to the review as such, the Anime has one of the best technical and sound sections, its wide environments and its world are well built and added to its visual and technical sections it makes it very pleasant to watch, seriously its animation and music it is very good that it gives the viewer a good feeling, I have no complaints in this area, but the usual thing after having such a broad environment of elements such as characters and themes, is that it is also linked to the fact of satisfying a greater breadth of viewers, many started watching this series not because of the theme of the soundtrack, the plot, or the beautiful art of its Ghibli-inspired landscapes. Well, unfortunately there were people who were only aware of some hot scene with lolis or furries (Reg is not saved either); Others only dared to watch a piece of episode 10 (because one of the characters was dying) and then never see it again because the gore did not "meet their expectations", all to indulge the perverse thirst for sadism. Despite all this, it certainly "complied" with everyone, but many of us were disappointed for different reasons. This is something that makes this series not entirely recommendable, but this already has more to do with the viewer himself, in terms of the story, if it has its weak and low bridges, but I have no complaints here, as many of its worlds as characters are well built that makes you witness everything in a good way.
___
Made in Abyss is a work that can rarely be found these days where repetitive themes abound that progressively stagnates diversity in the industry, it was a project that went offline and raised both the artistic sections and the themes to the nth degree controversial. And despite the failures in sections of the adaptation of the story and recurring sexual innuendos that are linked to the sensitive and innocent sector of our society, he was able to maintain his argument without falling apart along the way. If you ask me, yes I would totally recommend it, it deserves a chance and I hope you enjoy it.
