What a fucking horseshit ass ending this was. Can't believe in 10 years this is the ending we get. One filled with so much plot armor it should of been obvious to the creators to realize and think, ah actually this is fucking shit lets not write this and write it differently. The reasons why i say these things and feel this way is because this last episode/finale just throws everything that was built up from season 1 out of the window with little to no regard. For example him seeing the future and past and present and not being able to kill more then 80% of humanity??? what the fuck kinda horseshit is that about. This guy literally set up everything perfectly for the ending only for it to be ruined by plot holes and plot armor such as levi getting chomped but able to move around in odm gear and slice someones head off, Falco literally turning into a fucking flying titan somehow, pieck with unlimited transformations?? Pieck's titan carcass also getting impaled and held without any other titans trying to kill her for like 20 minutes was really awesome too, jean and the rest all get shit on and badly injured but somehow still have the energy and health to continue on fighting. How is any of what i said earlier possible?? My other favorite part of this horseshit story is armin and zeke somehow manage a way to escape domain expansion/infinite tsukuyomi and not only that they manage to escape they somehow talk with previous titans who somehow gain control of these shadow clone titans that ymir made and start fighting alongside with them to defeat eren. Talking about eren they assassinated his whole character. He went from a cold calculative guy to someone who just threw away everything for no reason. People will argue and say this is exactly as he planned but from the very beginning he himself wanted to wipe out humanity and give the people he loved a fresh slate. Even when he lived with the outsiders he may have realized they werent so different but the goal was still there. The only thing he ever truly cared about was freedom. Freedom for himself and the people he loved. The man was born trapped in a city by walls, by people who wanted to kill him for just existing. I think at the very least he's justified whether its right or wrong morally to do what he thinks needed to be done. Which led him to the decision that he needed to wipe out the rest of humanity. This finale is probably about as shit as my review nothing was well thought out but freehanded without checking to see if things make sense. Regardless now that this show is done not much else can be done but man am i devastated and feel jaded in a way I didnt think the show could make me feel.
Edit: Almost forgot about the 11 year old navy seal sniper. Come on. GET REAL.
