The basic plot is that Jiro's school has a curriculum where male and female students will live together as a married couple to gain experience of being a married couple and students will be graded depending on how well they act as a couple. Jiro gets paired up with Akari who is a gyaru¹. However, both Jiro and Akari have people they already liked, Jiro's being Shiori and Akari's being Tenjin. Coincidentally, Shiori and Tenjin are both paired up. With that, Jiro and Akari wants to get high marks as a couple because getting a high mark could let them change their partners. But as they act more and more like a couple they eventually start liking each other and sometimes dance on the line of what's legal and illegal ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). But, despite them Jiro fooling around with Akari, he still has feelings for Shiori and often can't make clear of who he really likes.
That's basically the plot, it was shitty. This is your typical romance anime where mc-kun can't decide if he wants to marry this hot girl or that hot girl. It's like a rich person deciding which mansion they want to buy. Well, salt aside. The plot really isn't anything interesting or shocking, on the contrary it's quite frustrating watching this anime, guessing who Jiro will choose at the end and always be shown scenes that just so happen to prevent the mc from confessing.
Plot aside, everything else is very good. That's probably why this anime doesn't have a rating of 3/10. The animations are vivid yet doesn't make your eyes want to cry after watching an episode because they use a simple color pallet. It remained consistent throughout the whole anime too

The music is an absolute BANGER too, the ending song + it's animation especially gives me the nightlife vibes. Throughout watching the whole anime I didn't skip the ending song once

The ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) scenes are quite ?. It's not on redo of healer level though (I wish it was)
So with that all said, it is quite apparent this anime is only fully enjoyable if you completely turn off your brain and take everything at face value just to enjoy the vibes. But unless you have negative iq I don't think anyone can fully turn off their brain to ignore the absolute bullshit of the plot. It's such a waste that so many resources were put into the production of this anime yet the story is no better than a cheap plot
gyaru - a Japanese girl who's into western fashion culture. Often portrayed in anime as girls who wore revealing clothes and seduces men they like
