the amount of character growth and love we see in this movie is superb. The beauty is that we aren't watching just any fantasy real life situations (as mentioned) have A LOT to do with the story we see the side of bullying that is not depicted just anywhere. This movie is also educational and amazing to spread the word about some of the most beautiful and horrifying ways to deal with issues, you will not only enjoy this show but you WILL learn a lot from it.

The second part is the main part of the movie, which happens five years after the first part. Shoya is older, lonely, and tired from his life. He tries to cope with his past, and redeem himself from his acts. He wants to hide his past actions to become a better person.
Actually I cannot not wire about how truthfully and well this beautiful movie shows you how a "see no evil speak no evil" approach, being a bystander and watch someone commit horrible things is always a huge mistake because if anyone, SOMEONE spoke or done something against bullying and harassment the world would've been at least more protected and people especially people who are known to be bullied and picked on could go to schools and live normal lives it!
As mentioned the of music and sound in this movie is SUPERB. The soundtrack is amazing and it really adds to the story so does the almost unique art style and depiction of personal and touching viewpoint of the main character.
I cannot even begin to think how many positive and beautiful things I can say about Shoko! She is a beautiful, loving, forgiving, and a very powerful character, even after watching this movie she will forever stay as one of my top favorite characters EVER written and I believe you will feel the same! The story has a powerful message of the way people treat others, the story teaches us to regret bad things that we have done in the past, treating others respectfully, and giving second chances even if we are afraid of it.
But seriously this movie is a masterpiece go watch it NOW!
