GREAT. AWESOME. This is one of the best SOL I have watched. I am telling you all it’s a MUST WATCH.

Sora Yori follows a high school student named Mari Tamaki who wants to make the most of her youth, but she is afraid to do it. One day she encounters a girl named Shirase Kobuchizawa who has been saving up, so she can travel to Antarctica to find her missing mother. Together with two other girls Hinata and Yuzuki, they join an expedition headed towards the Antarctic. The anime's story centers on the girls going to the South Pole, "a place further than the universe." They struggle and grow together as they cope with extreme conditions.

At first look Sora Yori looks like your typical cute girl doing cute things type of show or it’s just high school girls going on a journey to Antarctica but it’s more than what meets the eye. As the show progresses you realize that the show is way more than that. The issues of the characters it shows are so realistic and very much relatable. Add to the fact the pacing of the show was brilliant throughout! It has great writing and great themes exploration. It is one hell of an amazing series.

It’s great in every aspect. It shows and makes you feel all kinds of emotions. Idk if it’s a spoiler but it is sure to make you cry as well. It has great comedic, friendship, family, emotions and wholesome moments. Another thing that I love about the show is how adventurous it is. Seriously every time you watch an episode of this show you always feel like you're actually going on an adventure with the four main girls. Before you realize you get connected with the characters and feel like you’re on the trip with them feeling everything they are (which I wish I could do go on a trip to Antarctica). Yes it’s that good!! This entire anime was a joy to see. The OST is perfect! Animation was really great! Characters are all absolutely awesome! It gives you a complete and satisfactory feeling in only 13 episodes. So would you not just spare some time and watch this 13 eps of greatness!!
