Oh, Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san. I think almost everyone knows about this iyashikei series. It's a series whose purpose is about to convey the warmth of someone who likes teasing her beloved one. Yes, she is Takagi-san, the 2nd middle school student who finds her desk mate as a funny yet so intriguing to get teased. Yes, Nishikata, her deskmate and obviously " the enemy " of this story, the one whose compassion is secretly watching/reading a romance which entitled for the girl, it's "100% unrequited love". Aside from his nervy attitude, he actually is a kind person, loves sweet stuff, like ~~Takagi-san~~ milk, for example, and natural to get frightened of anything. And for those who've watched the Season 1, it's pretty obvious that Nishikata had tempted to disclose his heart to get filled by her warmth, yet no one could figure the kind of relationship they have. He hates her very much rather than his PE teacher and likes to get the revenge of the griefs he had due to her nature to tease him regularly. If Season 1 is more like a portrayal to each of character, Season 2 is more about "how he gets closer to her."
"The character's portrayal is a good aspect which weaving concurrently with the story."
For the characters, I was a bit surprised to see some of the new characters besides his and her friends. Yes, Hamaguchi and Houjou to engage the story with another sentiment relationship between them. Otherwise, those stalkers (yes, that trio) seem to have a good side of the tale to blend with the story as well. the daily life and habit of them is a pleasure to watch and I might think it's a good addition to the premises that series does already have. Nishikata's companions are very good as well to portray the attitude of their dear friend. People may don't see this addition as a good thing either, as they usually can get bored with the story yet it's not bad at all to me. It's a good aspect which mixing together with the story.
"It's good and I have no problem or either being fine with the voice actors."
With Takagi is being a "friendly" teaser to Nishikata, I might say that these voice actors are pretty good enough in expressing a certain kind of situation. Takagi is flawless at pointing out his tendencies and Nishikata sounds childlike when it comes to bringing his little "vengeance" as usual. The other voice characters are also good as well, especially Mina who sounds annoying but her voice isn't really disturbing my ear either.
"It's a healing series, you could get sleep due to watching this series too much. "
No, it doesn't mean I incline you to not watch it. It means "don't try to endure it". Yes, because it's a healing series which order the audience to get their "energy" replenished by this series. However, you will get entertained by the "games" that Nishikata and Takagi do have. It's obviously enjoyable but it doesn't mean there is no flaw from this series. Yes, there is a lot, but it's your choice to point it out because I'm a reviewer, not an anime prosecutor. Otherwise, I enjoyed it even though it's not that perfect but it's worth it to watch. I might say that I also love the ending as well. And it's somewhat easy for me to give a pretty average for this anime series. Okay, that's all and thank you for reading this relaxing review.
