Introduction:
Melt-Banana is a Japanese experimental noise rock band, who has been active since 1993, and are under record label Init Records. They originally formed as a four-piece unit featuring Yako, Agata, Rika and Sudo. The band would swap their line-up through the years and after a lot of substitute drummers, and with Rika leaving in 2013, they decided to continue as a two-piece unit with Yako and Agata going forward.

• Ichirou Agata (阿形一郎), better known as Agata – guitarist

• Rika Hamamoto (濱本りか), better known as Rika – bassist (1992–2013)
• Toshiaki Sudou (須藤俊明), better known as Sudo – drummer (1992–1997)
• Masaki Oshima (大島昌樹), better known as Watchma Oshima (ウォッチミリアンペア大島) – drummer (1998–2000)
