Wistoria: Wand and Sword

Will is fifteen, the only student at Regarden Magical Academy who cannot cast a single spell, and the academy is the only path to the Magia Vander — the elite mage rank his childhood friend Elfaria has already reached at the kingdom's central tower. Will compensates by wielding a sword inside a curriculum that has never had to design countermeasures for one.
