Sakuradaimon is the school prefect responsible for catching the regulars who break the dress code, and he has been catching the same regular for months. Kohinata is the underclassman who keeps appearing in a skirt several inches above the regulation hem and has decided that the dress code is a personal disagreement with Sakuradaimon specifically. The short-format series is the running argument between a klutzy prefect who never wins his discipline cases and the girl who has noticed he never quite punishes her for them, and the romantic momentum they have not yet acknowledged exists.
