A decade after the original manga ran, the anime returns for a tenth-anniversary special run. The premise has not been adjusted: a school nurse named Tsubaki politely menaces students into pulling out compromising statements, and the show plays out as a string of vignettes in which an extremely disgusted girl is asked to do an extremely specific thing. The new episodes recycle the original short-form structure and the original deadpan voice cast, refreshed for a contemporary audience that has reportedly missed it.
