Sengawa Junichirou

Sengawa is an accountant that works for the Police in the same accountant department staff as Yoshimura. He is also a ruthless assassin who carries out others people's revenge in exchange of a price. He spills enough blood to make up for spilt tears. The guns he takes come from the vault in the accounting department that is also used to store prohibited goods.
