His fathers right hand man and Haruma's older brother. He's tall and really thin, almost lanky comparative. He is in a Haitou faction along with his father now, and though he is a Haitousha with a special privilege, he stopped carrying a katana a long time ago. Seishirou was his childhood friend. Many things happened in the Kokonoe family, and their ties were strained. As his older brother, he has a special consideration for Haruma. He always seems to be the perfection personified, no matter what he does. He has an inapproachable, cool air about him that makes him appealing to women, while he himself is not particulary interessted in them.
