STORY DEVELOPMENT (7/10)
The story is centered on two student girls named Adachi (dark blue hair) and Shimamura (blonde-brown hair). The 12 chapters deal almost entirely with the relationship of these two, with the exception of certain moments such as small interactions with their mothers, Hina and Nagafuji's relationship, etc; but they don't go over 5 minutes, making the secondary characters stay behind.
The advancement of the story is very slow, in the sense that more than "action", it represents the thoughts of said protagonists almost constantly; but at the same time, these thoughts and situations are quite realistic. As for the advancement of the protagonists throughout the story, it is minimal, there is, but little.
CHARACTERS (6.5/10)
The main characters are quite well developed, but there is one point I want to highlight:
Their relationship is somewhat toxic on Adachi's part. Adachi wants Shimamura to spend her time only and exclusively to her (there is a moment in the anime where she makes it explicit, obviously not exactly in these words), she gets jealous and runs away when Shimamura spends time with her classmates, making it seem like Shimamura's fault. She is not interested in spending time with anyone but Shimamura, her thoughts are only directed towards Shimamura and all her actions revolve around on Shimamura (present throughout the series), which personally, can become obsession. I think I made it clear, but the attitude she is taking is not healthy...I understand that she really likes Shimamura, but she also needs to understand that she can't depend on her. I know she's shy and has a hard time making friends who can understand her, but there are good people like Hina and Nagafuji who don't reject her for the way she is, but she has no interest in them and only spends time with them when she has no choice or out of self-interest.
Regarding the secondary characters, they are a bit flat and their development is almost zero, as the story has focused exclusively on the main characters. I would have liked to know more about the mothers and fathers (non-existent, who knows why) of both protagonists and their relationship with their daughters, or the relationship of Hina and Nagafuji.

ART AND ANIMATION (8/10)
The animation is good, definitely better than average, but it doesn't stand out much either. Thanks to the animation it was possible to recreate beautiful and cute moments.
The backgrounds are also good and well cared for.

MUSIC (SOUNDTRACK AND SONGS) 7.5/10
The opening and ending are decent, although personally, I like the ending more.
The ost are so calm and relaxing that you can listen to them while reading a book or even to sleep. I get vibes of Animal Crossing soundtracks mixed with Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, for making some comparison. If you didn't notice them out at the time, I recommend you to try listening to them.

CONCLUSION
Although there were certain aspects of the story that I didn't like, overall, I enjoyed it as a good yuri fan.
Would I recommend this anime? If you're a fan of yuri, of course, plus it's perfect for binge-watching.
Would I watch it again? I doubt it, if they release a second season, then probably yes.
Please remember this is just my point of view. I haven't read the manga or the light novel, so my opinion is only stated based on what I saw and felt when watching the anime.
