When I first started watching anime, watching Naruto has never crossed my mind. I did not grow up with the series, nor did I have any pre-judgment whatsoever. My friends keep recommending it to me during mid-pandemic quarantine and kept on assuring me that I will not be disappointed, so I decided to give it a shot and started this late January 2022. In my head, I knew I was going to have an anime burnout even before I started preparing to watch that long ass journey. I wasn't expecting to be attracted to the first few episodes. I kept going and going till I didn't realize I'd gotten to almost a hundred episodes. I was fascinated by the world these shinobi's lived in. Back when Orochimaru was a threat, and Team 7 would go on different missions, everything was very simple, and I'm glad it started off like that and became more complex over time. I also began to secretly do those hand jutsu in front of the mirror to see if I looked as cool as Sasuke's. I get to see wonderful fights in the Chunin exam and the start of everyone's friendship.
I watched this in Netflix but they only have 218 episodes, so I had to watch the remaining ones in NarutoGet. It's entirely up to you whether you want to watch the fillers or skip them for now and return to them when you have more time. The animation, its color, and how it was drawn was pretty solid, and sometimes they include those funny fish eye lense perspective. I had to be honest, the quality was not it, IT WAS ASS, tho I understand because it has been over a decade. But I assure you that Shippuden's animation on average was better than the original series, and the density of high-budget episodes and sakuga was higher too. I have to be honest, the openings and the backing music was very nostalgic and unique. If someone played that, I think you could guess it being Naruto a couple of times.
Sakura's unpleasant personality and the way she was written are two things that many people dislike about her. You will, however, you'll also be given the opportunity to comprehend her. Idk. SHE WAS JUST THERE although they gave her a little character development, but they still say she's useless. I don't really care :DD
I'd say that this anime will go up in your top 5-10. It is truly a memorable series. The anime as a whole has terrific action and witty humor, but the characters are what really make it stand out. The plot will allow you to get to know all of the characters in the anime. Although the show has a large cast, I'm sure you'll recognize them after a few episodes or more.
I've also read a number of reviews on this, and I'm sure we all have our own perspectives/preferences. Some argue that reading the manga is more worthwhile than seeing the anime, and that the anime was overhyped. To other people, it was kind of like a miss or hit show. Whether you love it or you hate it. But for me its a goated anime. Ofc it would have to reach 90/100.
I decided to write a review about this anime because this was my first time watching THAT many seasons. We all have our own perspective/preferences, and this is my own, so don't come to me :D
I recommend this anime 100%!!!
