the story is very dark as you progress through the chapters
if you are looking for something "raw" and at times really scary I think it is the right work
immersing myself completely in the story I came out quite upset, I liked the characterization of the characters very much, the story did not seem like something totally new to me, however it is still very good, sometimes I got lost for the long dialogues and difficult thoughts to analyze, I'm not sure I really understood the true meaning of the work, but it definitely made me think a lot, it really broke my brain.
all the characters seemed to be really crazy (including the protagonist)
putting myself in the role of the protagonist I really felt a feeling of suffocation, it is certainly a work that manages to convey emotions.
reading you can feel the emotions of all the protagonists that spring out
it is a story that I found particularly realistic and frightening
from an artistic point of view, I found the drawings really good, they fit perfectly with the setting of the manga, I was able to perfectly perceive the "weight" that some drawings conveyed
a central aspect that I really liked was above all that of the city, almost considered as a character, it almost drove me crazy too.
each character has a singular characterization, all apparently different, but united by destiny, I felt the oppression that the city imposes on everyone, a very strong sense of helplessness, the characters who seek redemption outside the city will not succeed, it is like a open-air cage, even if you try to escape you always return to the same point unable to separate from the city.
in a nutshell, it is a work that manages to convey something really strong, I do not recommend this work to those looking for some carefree reading, but I would recommend it for those looking for something dark that manages to convey really scary emotions to the point of headache , a point of view that I found perfect was certainly the artistic one.
it was a work that really made me feel the abyss to the point of anxiety
there are still many doubts and questions that will have to be resolved, I feel that each chapter puts a piece in the puzzle, I can understand this story more and more and I think I already know how it will end but I hope I'm wrong
this work is not to be underestimated, I recommend at least reading a chapter if you seem to be interested in history.
I leave a short plot for those who intend to start it
the story revolves around a seventeen-year-old boy who lives in a very bad family situation in a small town, this boy's life is completely empty until a particular girl arrives in the city who will destroy his daily life, completely upsetting his thoughts, leading him to reflect, will it resuscitate or will it remain forever in the abyss?
