Let's start Review, and comments little about this anime that certainly deserves the attention, not only of romance lovers, but also of those who enjoy good entertainment.

Simply put, Tonikawa was a work that left me very satisfied from beginning to end, the romance is straight to the point, the comedy is good and fun, and the cast has enough personality to entertain you well.
If in other works of romance the big dilemma is whether they will give the couple some deeper outcome, here this concern does not exist, since since the second episode the two have been married, and from there it is just a matter of following the development of this relationship. , which, by the way, is the great merit of the work.
Nasa's day-to-day with Tsukasa is simple, but very fun to follow. The two got married, but they are still in that process of getting to know each other, so there is always that air of novelty in their relationship, which, almost always, ends up leading to those cute situations, where they learn a little more about each other.
For those who don't like the typical behavior of the protagonists of a novel, who barely have the courage to talk to the girl, it almost doesn't exist here.
NASA may even fall into a cliché or another, but in the end, it is a super active protagonist, who takes action when necessary and is always looking to deepen the relationship he has.
In turn, Tsukasa is not far behind, and she also has her moments where she imposes herself and tries to build a loving relationship with her husband.
In other words, all that rain and no water from Japanese novels almost doesn't exist, and every romantic moment that the couple spends is very well spent, leaving you with that simple smile to see things developing between the two.

Another thing that I enjoyed a lot about the work was the comedy. As much as I don't have any idea of absurdly unusual humor, the timing of the jokes and reactions of the characters are great, usually adding those punctual comments about what's happening in the scene.
A couple worth mentioning was the combination of NASA and Kaname, bringing a humor full of dirty jokes, which made me laugh horribly for the direct comments that Kaname made, and Nasa's exaggerated reactions to being caught in his darkest thoughts. “daring”.
Chitose's two maids also managed to pull off some good crazy things, and Aya isn't far behind when it comes to creating comical situations.
In short, both as a romance and a comedy, Tonikawa doesn't look bad and manages to deliver something above average.

Not only that, anime also has its more dramatic side. It is true that at no point did things get heavy, but drama does not necessarily mean doom, and at this point the work did well.
There's all the suspense behind Tsukasa's past, which ended up leading to a reference that got me really interested.
In case anyone doesn't know, the anime makes several references to the tale of Kaguya, including giving a lot to understand that Tsukasa is the so-called Princess of one of the most popular tales of Japanese culture.
In the original story, Princess Kaguya, looking to live a human life, goes to Earth and is adopted by a peasant couple.
After several events in her adult life, including the separation from her great love, she ends up returning to the moon, where she lives without remembering the time she spent on Earth.
It's not hard to see how the image of the moon is linked to Tsukasa (including in the OP itself), and she herself carries this feeling that she's experiencing human life, but that she'll end up having to go back to her place of origin at some point. .
This approach on top of Kaguya's account made me very interested in what can happen in the story, creating a very nice addition to the plot, in addition to leaving the anime with a more serious air, since, if the tale is really followed, at some point Tsukasa will disappear to "come home".
Overall, Tonikaku Kawaii was an anime that surprised me a lot. At first I thought it would be just another romance trying to create a different situation in the couple's relationship, but it turned out to be much more than that. The comedy is good, and the moments that the work develops the novel manages to leave quite satisfied, mainly because it doesn't have all that usual fuss, in addition to still having that nice addition in the story with the references and possible mysteries involving Tsukasa's past .
For those who like romantic comedies it is almost a must to watch the anime.
