Before I start the review thank you guys for recommending me this anime this is one of the best anime's I've seen in a while and its such a refreshing anime after watching some really awful anime's recently. when i first saw this anime i though it was going to be some cringe otaku stuff where it was stereotypical trash as most romance anime's do which i do know because i am a huge fan of romance anime so watching this was such a relief.

I'm Honestly such a big fan of this setting. i love the setting of the office otaku friend group that has relationships in the group. it seems like such a fresh concept that hasn't been done before it doesn't have that thing which 2 girls or 2 boys fight over a boy/girl which i honestly don't like because it doesn't work or the writing of it is really bad so when i saw that there wasn't any of that i was glad because i thought there was going to be this whole drama element added where the main characters won't talk to each other and stuff like that where they drag the story too much for extra episodes and that type of stuff ruins the anime and it becomes really reparative and straight up trash.

NOW THE OPENING OMG I LOVE THIS OPENING SO MUCH. this opening has to be in my top 3 in my favourite openings of all time. its so cheering and it perfectly matches the vibe of all the characters in the show and ask whoever has watched this anime they have most likely tried doing the dance moves in the opening because i have multiple times its one my favourite parts of the show is the opening.

The Characters in this show are so amazing and vibrant and it shows that they are actually really good friends and their isnt any drama or extended bs like other romance animes and they all have their all different types of otaku but they all work together so well and scenes where they are all together are some of the best scenes in the entire show when they are at a restaurant drinking the show provides some of the best chemistry between the cast and it leaves an amazing imprint on the show it shows a cool relatable setting of actual love not some fake love some most anime's it shows a more realistic friend group i honestly haven't seen a better cast since Konosuba's amazing cast of friends.

Honestly it doesn't matter if your not a fan of romance animes or don't really like watching anime in general or your a hardcore weeb. Wotakoi is just that anime that you can sit and leave without any regrets watching this anime, you could relate to this anime through many ways and its suited for most people that enjoy any type of media.

There isnt alot of negative things to say about this anime because everything about this show screams amazing and just a perfect anime to binge within a couple hours and i like how it does have romance elements but it doesn't fill it to the top of constant love scenes and its humble and feels like the main characters are going through a real relationship not some rushed trash that tries to be "relatable" but ends but being rushed but Wotakoi has that unique adult vibe to it and the characters are compatible.

I honestly would give this anime a 10 but its a bit too short for my liking right now hopefully they do make a season 2 and if they do ill be there to review and post it for yall
