RPG Real Estate is surprisingly fun to watch for a childish anime. The conflict surrounding the dragon isn't a child-like problem, and the attitudes of the four prominent characters mingle together well.
When I rate an anime, I take five categories into consideration: sound/music, visuals, characters, story, and ending. The sounds and visuals of this anime are good and the opening and ending are both really good.
There are numerous side characters that aren't really important or interesting so I will ignore them.

Satona looks to be important with her relationship to Fa, but it isn't explored. Kotone is the main character.

She is the most interesting of the bunch because of her inner conflict regarding Fa. Kotone struggles with the decision to tell or not tell Rufuria and Rakira about Fa's relevance with the dragon, and the way she protects Fa so fiercely makes her very likeable.
Fa is essentially a child, but her antics are entertaining. Rakira and Rufuria don't really have any conflicts, but they mix well into the group.

If I think a little too much about this anime, I could see a conflict between Rufuria's aspirations toward being a civil worker and her friendship with Fa, but we don't see the story from her perspective.
The story in this anime is pretty good for the most part.

The daily work of the real estate company is entertaining for only a short while, and it's a good thing that the conflict with the dragon exists. A rival company might make things more interesting and provide a bigger stake for their work if they continue to go the daily work route. The way that Kotone protects Fa and goes out of her way to the point of even risking getting herself in jail makes you invested in the story. It also makes you dislike Rufuria for her insistent distrust and betrayal of Fa. Rakira doesn't really participate and tries and fails to take a mediator approach. I wish that in the dragon battle Kotone would've realized Fa and the other dragon were being mind-controlled sooner, especially since it seemed that the spell was being cast rather loudly. Also, I don't know why the spell-caster stopped trying to control Fa. Fa had switched back to normal, but she had a spell that made her revert to her dragon form. This is a minor problem, and I'll just assume she ran out of mana considering that controlling Fa would be much harder than controlling the red dragon.
The ending was pretty good.

The only complaint I have would be the order they revealed things in. Rufuria and Rakira would've been mad at Fa if things weren't explained so the explanation that there are enemies after Fa should've come sooner. Also, this doesn't directly tell that Fa was mind-controlled so I assume that they made that assumption, but it wasn't explicitly stated. Anyways, the money that the members of RPG Real Estate will get from selling their homes should be enough to afford a season two.
