(It's been, what, 6 months since the last review, but for the sake of story-telling and narrative to introduce others about such beloved hidden gem, I wrote this.)
And well, being said that, proceed to read with caution.
Before I begin, let me ask you a question:

It is arguable that such belief doesn't really exist, but this also doesn't really mean it cannot be true. There is a research stated that human had retained memory from their previous ancestors in the past or of their past lives, which is done by past-life regression, a technique to connect yourself with your past throughout dream. While this may lead to an assumption that reincarnation may or may not be exist this research also...
Wait, where are we? Alright, never mind.
I was just being a little too enthusiast and forgot everything instead...
So, let's just begin, shall we?
This show tells about two different princesses (yes, not one but two) with their dream. The first one appears to be quite a rebel, pretty much chaotic good moral alignment, very eccentric and values her individuality above the duty to become the princess as she simply wanted to have fun and enjoy the life as it is, using her knowledge (or its lack thereof) of magic such as potion, broomstick, and chemical elements; it could be said she was the scientist if it were to be known in modern era. Her name? Anne-Sophia Von Palletia:
And on the other ringsid- uhm, I mean, the other princess was this polite, genius, brilliant, dutiful, and calm kuudere-dandere stereotype that has everything it takes to become a princess. And even if all of these "perfect" traits weren't enough, she also has possessed high-level ability as a magician, also a genius at her own field. But despite all of these qualities, she remains humble, kind, but also possesses this little bit lack of will confidence to assert herself and be honest about her feelings (SMH). She is Euphyllia Magenta:

Alright, enough with slanders but this review will be continued by Tilty Claret... just kidding.
Never mind, she will do that:
Thank you for the opportunity.
cough cough
As it appears that I will be here to tell you the story, I will simply begin this directly. So, Anne-Sophia is this dense airhead, which is also as eccentric as I am, who seems to believe this magic that can be used by everyone, thus causing trouble with others, including her family as a whole. What a pain. While Euphy, the daughter of Duke Magenta, has the similar but different background. Living by being stoic but not wanting to grasp what she wanted, yet another troublesome character. Hence then, these characters had to struggle against everything that it takes to gain their own freedom, which is to fly and being proud of their own individualistic value. Okay, that's all. Now, back to the narrator.
Okay, thanks Tilty for your honest and quite sarcastic but brief review about these characters.
Now, back to the story narration.
So, enough with those pretentiousness in words. We will get into the point after this.
Tensei Oujo to Tensai Reijou no Mahou Kakumei delivers it. Yes, almost everything. Plot-wise, it really is good and enjoyable, which seems to be exaggerated but hear me out; such plot is the rarity among rarities and of all these gems, this is one out of one millions kind of story. The tempo is timed perfectly, not too slow nor fast; eveything flows throughout the time while the story seems to be quite dynamic, constantly follows its rythm quite perfectly. Those characters are well-made or seem to be tailored by the story rather succinctly, as this storyline, along with its background, seems to go with each other. And honestly, such phenomenon also is rare to be found and usually, something like this only exists in old anime shows, which aged around 15 years or possibly older but words can't really describe how these characters are well-made to benefit the plot that was set on this story and, perhaps, this may be due to a hypothesis that the Light Novel probably has a very strong premise to pull such feat into anime. But with all of these being said, there seems to be this "lack thereof" too, including the music and sound which don't seem to be heard as much throughout the story, as they mostly appear to be the background instead of adding a certain sensation throughout the action scenes or emotional drama that happened thus far. However, this probably doesn't seem to be the matter as the premise of story on itself already is among the best which shows more of how insignificant these technical aspects to fulfill the story. The pacing is perfect, or as I said before, the momentum is one of the most important parts of this show, including the appearance of each character including its timescreen, also not to mention the way characters coincide and have a certain conflict towards each other. Next, talking about plot, it cannot be perfect without a proper art style and well-tailored animation, and the studio who produces this anime absolutely nails it. So, at last, if you want to watch a show that will give you the liberty of freedom in-research, go watch it and tell everyone about this hidden gem. But if you aren't interested with it, you may find it interesting in another aspect, especially the magical aspect of this show. Okay, that's all.
