Hoo boy where do I start? First off I have nothing wrong with darker nor disgusting themes in media. Let alone Yuri or 'romance' manga. I could easily say I've read quite a few of them. However this manga just is poorly disguised fetishes with a lackluster plot.
You can argue how "deep" it is and if you felt that way fine. But I felt it was a poorly rushed story mixed with half baked plotlines. Using shock value as an excuse for it's gross themes. The semi decent parts are the role reversals and slight character study, but even then you can argue they don't evolve enough. Plot points happen at a whiplash pace and characters change on a poorly done dime. While I enjoyed some aspects, the overall fetishistic nature of the manga will leave you questioning if what you read was just straight up porn. Truthfully I'd take a good hard look at yourself and question if this is even worth reading.
If you can stomach it you'll find yourself lacking any real resolution, if you can't you're not missing much. The only good argument that can be made is the art is very well done. It's clearly a talented artist, but that artist is into some fucked up shit.
If I could say anything id argue the artist's hard drive should be looked into but I'm not exactly sure it'd shock anyone. You can't really create work that specifically caters to a group of people then dance around that said issue. This manga caters to men who like children plain and simple. It's not made for anyone but that.
From gross diaper play, puke, urine, and multiple SA scenes, all of which create an uncomfortable environment. Reading this manga made me feel dirty. Not in a good way. Many manga can address such darker themes with appropriate writing. Heck manga with even grosser themes and more poorly done fetishes have appealed to me. This one was just written like someone was incorporating way too many fetishes to count.
I won't be returning to read it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even if you enjoy darker manga. If your curiosity is peaked you're going to find yourself lacking any enjoyment. It's not worth the time I spent and I'll probably never re-read it. While I will not dismiss the people who possibly got something out of this hellscape I will suggest you maybe look inward as to why you enjoyed it so much. Ask yourself "is this really deep? Or am I just 16." The answer may shock you.
I just suggest you avoid it like the plague. Unfortunately people have continued to boast about this manga like it's truly the next great, and instead of dismissing it. Sure you can grab a screen cap and smack it up pretending it's great and deep. But just because you give your characters some lackluster backstory there comes no surprise when the ending is rushed and poorly done.
