Although some of the stories were very enjoyable, most of them failed to hit the mark for me. Wheather it was from being generic, having a lack of a plot, or being overly suggestive or sexual, this anthology was mainly a flop. I will be rating and giving a short spoiler-free reviewing each story in the anthology. They were all extremely short so I will not be repetitive and say here that they all could have been longer.
- One AM at the Laundromat by Yukiko - While this story was pretty tame compared to the rest, it wasn't very original and lacked any kind of flair. 5/10
- Daily Smile by Kodama Naoko - A pretty cute concept with a cute art style, but it kind of gave me weird vibes. 6/10
- Coward Queen by Yoshimura Kana - What did I just read...no really, what did I just read. The sexual content is weird and I really don't understand the plot 1/10
- My Girl by Goumoto - I thought it was going to be cute and wholesome, I was wrong. 3/10
- The Cram School Teachers by Mocchi_au_Lait - There's nothing wrong with it, but I was just really bored while reading it and found it to be more like an outline to a story than an actual story. 5/10
- Night Flight by Kawanami Izumi - It's a cute story, but it's probably the most forgettable out of all of them, I barley remember it at all. 5/10
- Promise by Shioya Teruko - This story was one of the hardest hitting ones for me. I really loved the idea and message. However, this one had one of the worst art style and I can't help but feel it's a bit under polished. 8/10
- The Florist and the Wednesday Night Lady by Amano Shuninta - Very wholesome and cute, kind of an odd plot, I feel like the story was rushed, but I think it's cute. 6/10
- The Abandoned Cat and the Lamp by Ohi Pikachi - This is one of the cutest things I've ever read, it's really wholesome and I love the setting. It was rushed of course, but if it was drawn out a bit more, this one could be flawless. 9/10
- Mama x Mom by Yoshidamaru Yu - I also really loved this one. I've never really read the cute baby with bl couple genre, but I feel like this is for that demographic, I was scared it would get weird, but not, all vibes. 9/10
- Rose Quartz by Kurogane Kenn - This gave me such weird vibes, I don't hate the message, but it was so rushed, and why did they have to be naked for 95% of the story. 3/10
- My Femme Fatale by Matsuzaki Natsumi - It felt really strange, like it was sexualizing assault or something, the message at the end is good I guess, but this could have been done in a much better way. 2/10
- First Grown-up Love by Ito Hachi - Out of all the stories in this book, I feel like this one would be the most popular if it was a full length manga; it has a really pretty art style, the characters are adults, there's baking, and it's not weird. 9/10
- Working with an Angel by Morinaga Milk - The concept was there but the execution wasn't really. I found it really hard to follow at the beginning and towards the end it was just a little odd. Not the worst, but it could be better. 6/10
