This is my first time writing a review on Anilist and I wanted to give this honor to Oshi no Ko. I'm from germany so sorry for my bad englisch. :)

I have been reading the work since the first chapter and loved it from the beginning. I've always been a fan of mystery, revenge, drama, supernatural settings and Oshi no Ko fits these genres perfectly which is why I just had to read it.
I discovered the work through Akasaka-sensei because he is my number 1 mangaka of all time.

I've always liked the drawing style and it got better over time, which I found very fascinating because it allowed me to see and feel Mengo-sensei's growth. You could tell how she always drew her characters with love and to this day I still admire her for her art of drawing and the love for her characters and the story that Akasaka-sensei wrote.
The duo between the two has grown very dear to my heart. You could see how much they supported each other, whether you could see it through the drawings, the story or through interviews. For me, these two people remain a very special part of my life and I am really very grateful to them.

Oshi no Ko accompanied me for 4 1/2 years and saved a lot of things in my life and carried through phases in my life in a way that rarely has a work done. The experiences over the last few years have been some of the best of my life and I will never forget them.
The story was thoroughly exciting for me, I always loved making theories and thinking about it for hours if not days and weeks about what could happen next and what events could happen in the future. These things will forever remain important in my life.
For me, Akasaka is and remains one of the best mangaka/authors of all time. I don't care what others say. This man knows about his work and realizes how much passion he has for his works. With Oshi no Ko he created a story that I will never forget in my life. Unpredictable and exciting until the bitter end. I never felt even remotely bored or monotonous while reading. I looked forward to the chapters every single week and am overjoyed that it had a perfect ending for me. For me it's actually the second best ending of all time.

The characters are all very close to my heart and I'm glad they got closure in their own way. You can interpret for yourself what they will do next in the future. For me, Aqua is also one of the best main characters I've seen. I can't fault anything and I feel for every character. Everyone has their own role that they play perfectly and bring out fantastically.
I would now like to thank Akasaka-sensei and Mengo-sensei individually.

Akasaka-sensei, thank you for all the years of hard work and passion you have brought to the work. I can't express how much I admire you as a mangaka and author. There are rarely artists who bring their ideas to light without changing anything, because people stand by these ideals.
I'm very happy that the ending was chosen the way it is now. Told consistently and logically without a flaw.

Mengo-sensei, I would also like to thank you for your years of work and passion. All the illustrations, drawings and covers over the last few years have been more than just beautiful.Every illustration was created with love and you can definitely tell. Thank you for all these years of these beautiful designs. You have also grown close to my heart and I am very happy that you are a part of Oshi no Ko and I always will be. Thanks so much.
At the end of the review, a few final words about Oshi no Ko.

I love everything about this work, every corner and edge, every little detail. Be it the forshadowings in the anime or the small texts in the manga that became very relevant in the end. I love the plot twists, the Kaguya Sama references, the character developments, the character dynamics, the story twists, the arcs, everything. I love everything so much that I couldn't describe it with all these words.
Please, even if you hear and read negative things about this work. Give this work a reasonable and proper chance that the work deserves. There are no people who don't touch the work on principle because it gets negative comments. Form your own opinion.
For me it's more than just a masterpiece, no question. That is a fact and it will always remain that way. Forever in my heart.
To those who have read my review this far, thank you very much for your attention.
