Link Click is an ONA that has a mysteriously appealing storyline that makes audience hooked primarily by its plot twists. Considering the title, it's literally LINK and CLICK. The story encompasses Lu Guang, who seemed to have found Cheng Xiaoshi, a derivative from the past. While Lu Guang has his own reasons,
Story
The story is interestingly quality. To be honest, I was at first confused by what's happening, everything felt so sudden, but it's somewhat so appealing that I couldn't stop watching until I understood what was happening. After quite some time, I was able to understand that Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi lived with Qiao Ling in a photography-related business and had a job that requires the past, and that there are rules concerning the past. While Lu Guang was pretty clear of his instructions, Cheng Xiaoshi is the exact opposite of him, which reasonably made an
Characters
Every characters are well-made, fitting to their desired storyline. Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi are particularly different from the others, as they are really uniquely pertained to their roles, and the mystery that comes within them. While other supporting characters deem importance, the best description is that the world revolves around the angel and the devil. Of course, angels and devils don't coincide, but if they do, they gain the best of all thirds.
Visual
Fascinating. I'm not particularly a fan of ONA but this is one of the very ONA's that hooked me. The franchise is just too good that from the anime to the posters, it's immensely creative and metaphoric. There is balance between everything. I like it. Subtle but not too painful for the eyes.
Music
Had to add this. THE LINK CLICK ENDING [OVERTHINK BY FANKA] is ONE of the BEST endings put in the story. The fact that the intro of the music sounds agitating, is the main reason that many people get goosebumps to continue to the next episodes, and it's worth NOTE taking that it's also combined with the PLOT TWISTS. Absolutely creative.
Overall
Nice. It's a thrilling ONA that deserves its league. Absolutely worth your time.
