The most popular method of course quickly becomes severing the penis via dick guillotines disguised as urinals. This alone could have totally just been like a oneshot on its own but of course Youichi Abe just went into his own world and just began dicking around as he made up additional phallic lore.
Such as that dicks in this universe regrow if they get cut off, but if they get cut off too many times, then the dick will simply expire and never regrow. A veritable market opens up as people buy and sell dicks they've harvested from unsuspecting males. An economy built entirely upon the harvesting and trading of dicks.
After all, you can't exactly make a living being a urinal guillotine salesman if there isn't a demand out there for severed penises.
Putting aside the penis lore, I felt almost every single emotion throughout all the stories contained within this manga all wrapped in complete befuddlement and also a vague horror as a male. Like I still just really can't put it into words no matter how many of his manga I review. It shouldn't work, but it does. Youichi Abe doesn't cower from the insanity ~~and the dicks~~, he embraces it ~~and them~~ and it shows.
From his afterword:
Because alternatively if he had just been "I'm gonna draw dicks for nine chapters", I could just go "oh okay that's basically what I expected from the title and the description."
But no, there's comedy (probably the most believable), romance, grief, action... like I found myself liking these characters and the bizarre chemistry among them. Perhaps most notably in the chapters about a girl who a stray penis attaches itself to after she decides to go to the bathroom on her way to school and the guy the penis actually belongs to helping her out in her temporary struggle of having a penis.
...I know what it sounds like, but it actually works. I don't know why or how it works, but it works. And I know since this is the third Youichi Abe manga I've reviewed it may come off that I have a bit of a bias at this point, but I started reading this with trepidation despite the fact I knew it was by Youichi Abe.
Granted, that unsure feeling faded very quickly when the realization dawned that yeah Youichi Abe was just unhesitatingly going fully into this idea.
Like I really just cannot get over that there are actual characters and this manga isn't just 100% penis. After all, there's the girl who is so obsessed with penises that she eventually collects enough to take a "dick bath" as it's called in the manga.
And she of course ends up falling in love with the dickless penis merchant, showing that she has grown as a person and has moved beyond her obsession with dicks.
~~...The fact that this is a real and serious manga I am actually seriously reviewing is still fucking with my head.~~
But like that's not even it. What about the couple that actually come back together following the tearjerker death of the male's dick? What about the girl who is forced to choose between the guy she loves and... his dick, as they both hang dangling from a cliff, and then proceeds to make the only logical choice?
What about the girl who realizes that she in fact actually loved her senpai and not just for his dick, but it's too late?
Show me the person who said they predicted a scene like that would be present in this manga following reading the description and I'll show you a goddamned liar. THAT'S HIS CREMATED BONES.
This is when we're dealt the final piece of phallic lore, that the severed dicks actually can out survive their hosts. But alas, upon her realization, she decides to cremate the penis of her lost love.
Truly, a bittersweet tale of love and loss. ~~And dicks.~~

...So in conclusion, I of course give Sore wa Tada no Senpai no Chinko a 99 out of 100. Youichi Abe is a genius as well as a literal madman.
"There's no way this is a real manga."
"There's no way he can keep this going for nine full chapters."
"There's no way I can write such a phallic review."
Hopefully, this will be the last and final time I ever foolishly doubt Youichi Abe.
