This is my first time writing a review, and because no one else wrote one yet, i thought of writing one myself. I'm writing this review for the current 4 chapters translated available to me at the moment and will most likely update this review as more translated chapters are released.

So far, so good.

There hasn't been much information brought to us about Academy City's number 2 esper: Kakine, Teitoku (In the animes at least); and to see a manga about him is extremely exciting. Having this series start not too long ago (August of 2019) and the first volume just released in March 26 of this year, it makes sense how its not well known yet. But so far, its good. There Hasn't been enough English chapters released yet to give much info on the story but i can tell that it has similar elements to the accelerator manga. Also, please keep in mind that you have to have at least watched a season of index or a season of railgun to know whats going on just like the accelerator manga/anime.

I won't go too far into the depth of the story because it'll be much easier to read the 4 chapters for yourself, but so far the chapters released are interesting. The art is superb. The art is better than the accelerator and railgun manga. Having more details and better shades that fit the mood of the manga is done perfectly. Like accelerator, Kakine is cold hearted (Or WAS for accelerator) and now is taking care of a mysterious loli named Yuzuriha, Ringo. Seeing the fragments of Kakine's past is by far the most interesting part of the story and seeing the loli's character and what happened to her in the experiments are also worth reading and paying attention to. Not much has been said about the other members of SCHOOL but Kakine's and the loli's past is enough to persuade me to read on. Overall it's interesting and i think you should give it a try. And yes, its after Accelerator has been shot but takes place before the battle royale arc.

To be honest, I don't know where this story will go. One manga volume has been released but it's still not confirmed whether it will continue after the brand new chapter released (Chapter: 4). I will most likely edit this review as (If) more chapters are released.
