Look, the only reason one needs to give this anime a 10/10 is to be the youngest sibling. I had a similar age gap with my elder siblings, in relation to Kotaro and his brother.

Thus, Kotaro is the best anime character ever. I only wish my elder brother was like Ryuuichi; Ryuuichi's personality is more so similar with my sister's.

Of course, this isn't serious. I like the anime but there are still some flaws it has with its premise; nonetheless, it's wholesome and KAWAII :3. Thus, I can overlook all of it.
My actual rating is a 6.6/10.__

Anyway, the premise is pretty fine. I've no complaints on how they deal with the premise. The animation could do better, so could some of the soundtracks - I mean AniList, can I just post a weird review for once? ;-; Come on, I don't want to type over 2200 characters. I get your rules but some jokes are meant to be written in these cases.

Kotaro:
Best anime character in all of fiction. He's just like me - except he's calm. He wants to be helpful in every given scenario or situation and, he gets lost.....a damn lot. Ryuu Nii-Chan, just tie him with you as he seems to be quite fond of you ( I mean he's freaking 2-3 years old. What else would he freaking want ?).

Pedophile:
Please get that cuck out of the show. He boils my blood and gives me PTSD from when I was 5 - I know this isn't a personal space. But yeah, nosebleeds from looking at kids is quite deviance -.- .

That one female character is supposed to be a plot device but isn't for several random plot conveniences. I mean make a show about babies playing with each other, not teens trying to fulfill their coming of age ceremonies.

That one rascal and his little brother - who he beats up all the time:
Now that's more like my elder brother. He'd probably beat me at any given cost in order to compensate for the embarrassment of the situation. I mean that's what elder brothers are supposed to do after all. But hey, they've a pretty lukewarm relationship. That whole Koe No Katachi meme about the little kid was somewhat hilarious too, lmfao.

The other little bunnies:

Okay, crybaby and his twin are wholesome little fellows. Can we just get a whole post talking about their vibrant dynamic of a duo ? They may whoop all our arses one day when they're all grown up. But can the damn crybaby 'baby' up for once ?

Mary Sue:

The bun girl obviously likes Kotaro - or am I high ?
Midori is the best though. She is ultimately the most mature baby out of all the babies. Why wasn't she the main character of the series ? Like name it "Midori and the Babies". The whole series should have been centred around her.

I mean come on, Director-san. Midori is the best chibi in all of existence.
