A veteran animator best known for his involvement in the Dirty Pair franchise during the '80s, as well as the adaptations of Rumiko Takahashi's works. His skills were first recognized by Yasuhiko Yoshikazu during the production of Giant Gorg, who then put him in charge of supervising three of the episodes. He has been involved with numerous of Sunrise's production's ever since.
