I like to collect and play visual novels and JRPGs. I also like to collect and read light novels. I don't typically stick to one genre and in general, I try to see the fundamental strengths in what I watch even if I dont enjoy them 100%. Because of this, my ratings tend to trend a bit more high. I just try to find some enjoyment in the stuff I watch and just try to have a good time :).

All my ratings are accompanied by a short comment noting my thoughts about the series but also don't contain spoilers for those of you wanting recommendations (idk why you're here? 0_o). Also, any comment with the MAC label are shows that I watched as a part of my college anime club. I also like to write informal reviews from time to time. I will typically only write a review for series where I feel like I have a differing opinion of from the majority or if I have some sort of viewpoint that would make my perspective unique (like if its an anime adapting a visual novel Ive played).

In general, my rankings should be considered as the following...
100-95 - Masterful anime that I will stand behind definitively
94-85 - Great anime that falls short of the very top
84-75 - Above average and stands out in one or more ways
74-60 - Average anime or good anime with noteworthy flaws
59-50 - Below average and leaves much to be desired
49-0 - Not worth your time
