Black Clover Season 2

The second season picks up Asta and Yuno through their first ranking exam as Magic Knights and into the regional missions that follow. The Black Bulls — the squad of disposables Asta has been provisionally assigned to — get sent on a sequence of dungeon clears that bring them into contact with the next tier of the Wizard King ranking. The Eye of the Midnight Sun arc continues to develop in the background. Yuno's wind magic and Asta's anti-magic stay roughly aligned across the season's larger fights, and the kingdom's noble factions begin to take both of them seriously.
