Kekkai Sensen
A breach between Earth and another dimension cracked open over Manhattan three years before the series opens, sealing the city under a permanent fog and trapping its human residents inside with whatever else fell through the gap. The pulled-pork bagels and the rent are still negotiable. A small private agency named Libra fights to keep the breach from getting wider. The newest recruit is Leonardo Watch, a baseline human in a roster of psychics, blood-mages, and a vampire — invited because the eyes he received from his sister in a black-market trade come with abilities Libra has not seen before.

Which of you shall be the witness? The witness of a world beyond the ordinary eye, one with lots of fun
Perfect soundtrack, great animations, lovable characters and a crazy story set in a mad world! (And the best ED ever)
This anime isn't for everyone but if you like action packed, comedic, monster world anime, you're sure to love this.
although the glaring problems, Kekkai Sensen creates a interest meld of fantasy and action that is a must see
Kekkai Sensen immerses you in, perhaps, the best anime world I've seen, despite other imperfections.
This show is unconventional to say the least. Far from a masterpiece but it does entertain and makes you feel things.
An excellent setting with vibrant characters, that tells a heartwarming overarching narrative.
A lack of connection or final point to it's episodic nature was this shows ultimate downfall...
