Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari
Naofumi Iwatani, an uncharismatic Otaku who spends his days on games and manga, suddenly finds himself summoned to a parallel universe! He discovers he is one of four heroes equipped with legendary weapons and tasked with saving the world from its prophesied destruction. As the Shield Hero, the weakest of the heroes, all is not as it seems. Naofumi is soon alone, penniless, and betrayed. With no one to turn to, and nowhere to run, he is left with only his shield. Now, Naofumi must rise to become the legendary Shield Hero and save the world!

Note:
A decent isekai slowly becoming the same shit-show of another generic wish fulfillment power fantasy
Rising of the Shield Hero was alright to say the least.
You like isekai with horrible writing and terrible fights? Shield Hero may be for you!
I wanted this to succeed. I wanted it to be better.
Overall unimpressed and don't recommend
Cliched, predictable, and ugly.
I've been bamboozled once again
A review of Shield Hero and my problems with its cast of characters
An unapologetic, generic, and often downright terrible disappointment of an anime.
Shield Hero, the anime that was as good as Naofumi using a sword.
