Revenge of the Baskerville Bloodhound

The Baskerville family has been the continent's most reliable contract assassination service for a century, organized along the same disciplined lines as their hunting hounds. Vikir is the illegitimate son the rest of the family treats as the runt of the litter — given the worst contracts, fed last, and finally killed on a botched mission designed to fail. The grace that resurrects him as an adolescent in his own past comes with no instructions. He uses the second life to retrain himself outside the family's curriculum and to systematically dismantle, one half-sibling at a time, the household he was supposed to die in.
