Summary:
Along with Konosuba, The Disastrous life of Saiki is one of the best comedy anime ever (have not watched gintama). The Disastrous life of Saiki Kusou never stops radiating full energy with its chaotic and hilarious bizzare characters, fast pace of subtitles, and dynamic music scores, in my opinion a decent case study on how to create comedy in anime. It captures the essence of a slice of life comedy perfectly, while also at many times making fun of anime tropes. The characters are almost equally hilarious, but at the same time there are some wholesome traits behind their main quirks, making them generally even more likeable.
Overall, this series is perfect for laughs and gags, though nothing too deep and not the most impactful series personally.
What I like: Basically chaotic comedies everywhere, good music scores, likeable characters.
What I dislike (quite a nitpick): emotions only for laughs and gags (occasionally wholesome)

also have the hidden side quirks, making them not entirely one-dimentional. Examples including: Nendo, dumb, but very loyal; Kaido, chuni, but very awkward, etc.
The 70% is covered by:
1. Well-written music score, with good balance between the comedic nature of
the series and the actual nature of the scene. Examples including Kokomi's theme,
Kaido's theme (best theme of the series by the way), and the BGM's during "intense" and "sad" moments.
2. The chaotic speeches and subtitles (fast and sometimes overlapping), also important in amplifying the chaotic comedy twist. It is hard to keep up with the text sometimes,
but without this feature, Saiki Kusou will lose some of its charm.
3. The animation contrast, including simultaneous animations between multiple characters, the speed between two contrast reactions, "bad" animation done on purpose, appropriate sound effects, these are also important. Examples including multiple Saiki Kusou's moments.
