How I score anime

10: The overall score of an anime is never gonna be a 10/10, but some substats might
9.9 - 9.0: I love it, most likely a favorite
8.9 - 8.0: really good, would recommend (most of the time)
7.9 - 7.0: good, i don't like it that much but it was a nice watch
6.9 - 6.0: it's ok, a bit boring at times tho
5.9 - 5.0: passable, probably put me to sleep a few times
4.9 - 4.0: it could definitely do better
3.9 - 3.0: it was just bad
2.9 - 2.0: really bad, what the hell was that?
1.9 - 1.0: down irredeemable, better off not existing

Story: How original/interesting the concept of the plot is and/or how well it was executed
Characters: How well they play into the story along with their designs, personalities, and how developed they are
Visuals: How good the animation is and how well it holds up, along with just general visuals including style and color
Audio: How good the openings and endings are along with the sound design, bg music and voice acting
Enjoyment: How enjoyable the show was, subjectively
