If you have stumbled upon my profile please be cautious when looking at my notes. I tend to write down thoughts/ramblings within them which may contain spoilers.
I plan to work through my list and make my notes more concise. Over time my ratings have gotten more strict so shows I watched awhile ago may not have an accurate rating and be a little higher than they should be. If you have any questions/comments about a particular rating feel free to leave a message and I can explain the thought process (or lack thereof :D)
Rating System:
I use advanced scoring with 5 categories.
They are: Story, Characters, Visuals, Audio, and Enjoyment.
Within my notes I provide a plus, equals, or minus for a quick idea of where the categories are rated at.
A + is 7.5 or higher, = is 5-7.5, - is 5 or lower. The overall score is then equated to:9.5-10 -- Personal Favorites.
9-9.5 -- Excellent series
8.5-9 -- Great series
8.0-8.5 -- Very Good series.
7-8 -- Good series.
6-7 -- Fine Series
5-6 -- Average series.
5- -- Bad Series

Personal Favorites/Excellent shows:
While there may be some minor gripes here and there I am able to overlook them as my enjoyment far outweighs the negative aspects of the series.
I would highly recommend any series that winds up here.
Great series:
A Minor issue within one or two of the categories that knocks it out of the 9's. Still a great series and one that I would recommend.
Very Good:
A few more minor issues & nitpicky things here and there that knocked it out of the higher tiers. It's very good though and might be worth watching if you enjoy the genre.
Good:
Typically don't have anything negative to say at the higher end of this range there are a few issues I had that drop the overall score. Shows in this range are worth watching but there are probably better ones out there.
Fine:
Consider this range the "Well I started it I might as well finish it..." range. While I won't write the series off quite yet there is usually one or two big issues I had with either the story, characters, or enjoyment.
Average:
I watched it. It was alright. Usually had significant issues with story, characters, and enjoyment.
Bad/Really Bad:
Have several significant issues that usually involves the story, characters, and enjoyment but could also involve visuals/audio. Bad pacing, bad writing, nonsensical or convoluted plot, bad characterization, and unlikable characters are several examples of issues that start to arise in this range.
The lower you go the worse it gets. A combination of strong subjective criticisms and potentially objective criticisms is how a series will land here.
