I prefer anime with great story and in-depth detailing. I believe that a well-crafted ending can elevate a good show to greatness, and it can make even a mediocre show more enjoyable.

I like dark turns too, but they should make sense and fit perfectly with the rest of the story. I hate when dark turns are just thrown in for shock value or to make the story seem more edgy. The best dark turns are the ones that are well-foreshadowed and that serve a purpose in the story.

I believe that even the most bitter rivals can become friends, and even brothers.
