A deep dive into a spectacular movie with maturity in handling its premise and themes, despite its originating series.
Arguably the greatest segment of Attack on Titan's entire run.
An identity of its own, and cements itself as an incredible experience.
War of Underworld ends with well executed ideas and continues with the positives of the first half.
War of Underworld is a good follow up, but does have issues with mainly having the audience care about new characters.
SAO's best, finally grasping the potential that was lacking in its previous seasons while adding more.
SAO presents more potential squandered, with some decency faltered in execution.
SAO's first half is the definition of wasted potential, and yet its the better half.
Even as a standalone movie, it still feels like wasted potential.
Conflicted by the conclusion of one of the most intricately written shows I've seen.
Conceptually an interesting story and characters, but can't grasp its fullest potential.
Angels of Death is a unique yet flawed experience, but still has so much to offer.
The Hashira Training Arc ruins its world-building with one fatal mistake, and it could have been incredible.
Swordsmith Village refuses to elaborate, breaks continuity, and makes up more excuses than ever before.
Demon Slayer's best, but it still has weak writing, uninspired characters, and follows the same issues.
Demon Slayer Mugen Train is fine, but acts as though it's employing character growth and has a contrived climax.
Demon Slayer's first season is incredibly mediocre, lazy, insufferable, and backtracks any chance of having substance.
One of the worst and disappointing things I've ever watched, overhyped and an empty shell of writing.
Akira is both a visual masterpiece that stands the test of time, but also a very genre-defining movie for Cyberpunk.
