"Season 0" is a fun, often brutal ride that gives you some insight on the origins of the series.

This animation gives new meaning to the term "YouTube Poop." And not in a good way.

A strict improvement over season 1, Slayers Next introduces a lot of the lore that makes the series.
Forever a masterpiece. Paranoia Agent needs to be on the list of every person claiming to be a fan of the art form.
Slayers isn't the best anime ever made, but it's a fun ride, a historical classic, and the start of some great sequels.
It's like Pokémon, but with balls (and not the kind for catching things). Also, actual character development.
Ranma ½ is a great show to turn your brain off to for half an hour. It's the granddaddy of tsundere hijinx.
A brilliant cinematic experience from the greatest director of our time. His technique really shines.
A grimdark deconstruction of the magical girl genre with an ending that will keep you coming back.
Batman gets an awesome voice, an android wife, and a giant robot. Greatness ensues... until the Gainax ending.
Woefully underrated. It's got the adventure of Dragon Ball and the fight scenes of Z. What's not to like?
Cool fights and cool music, but not so much on the quality writing front.
An okay show with a lot of nostalgia behind it. Gotta respect the longevity, at least.
Less fun for the English fans, but a neat collection of songs from the whole Yu Yu cast.
It's nothing but a Dark Tournament clip show with about 60 seconds of new footage.
Yu Yu Hakusho is shonen done right. If you haven't seen this show, you haven't seen shonen.
A shiny, nostalgia-filled reimagining of a classic series hurt only by some out-of-place toilet humor.
Slayers has only gotten better as the seasons progress, and it all comes to a head in this spectacular finale.
Slayers has undergone an evolution, and it's a beautiful thing to behold, even if it's just 13 episodes.
This show was an American cartoon before America even got its hands on it. Made for Saturday mornings.
Code Geass is an incredibly dynamic, showstopping ride from beginning to glorious, heartbreaking end.
It's hammy, bombastic, melodramatic, and in all ways over the top. Code Geass cranks it up to 11 on all fronts.
