I use the 1-10 decimal scale, and it goes like this
10 - Stuff that I love and changed my perspective on life, although they have some minor flaws, I can forgive them because of how much it means to me 9 - Same as 10, but didn't impact me as much or have some parts of it that I didn't like as much 8 - A really good show overall, I enjoyed most of it 7 - It is really good, but there are some really bad aspects of it too 6 - I see a lot of good and bad stuff on it, but it is not bad overall 5 - Average/Indifferent 4 - I got bored most of the time, but if my friend wanted me to watch with them, I wouldn't refuse 3 - I got bored and would turn off the TV if it was airing 2 - I strongly dislike this 1 - Trash
The .5's mean they are something between those two points. I also leave some of my thoughts about te anime on the notes. If the anime doesn't have any notes, it's because I don't remember a lot of it. Also don't take those notes as an objective truth, it is just what I think, everyone has different tastes, and that's what is great about the community.
