# Top things on my to-read/watch list: - Ascendance of a Bookworm -- Progress: Finished the anime, in the process of reading the light novels. No plans to read the manga at this time. -- Notes: Been recommended to me multiple times as something I'd like. I was hesitant to start it based on the premise because the history and making of books is a close interest of mine and I was worried the series might not do enough research on the real life subject and make things up for the sake of the story. Which is fine sometimes, but when it's something this close to me I can't stand it. So far I'm happy to have been proven very very wrong! It's quickly become one of my favorites.
- Witch Hat Atelier -- Progress: Not started. Planning on reading the manga. I hear it's getting an anime soon, so looking forward to it. -- Notes: Frequently recommended to me alongside Frieren. The art style looks amazing. I have no doubt I'll enjoy this one a lot, based on the people who keeps recommending it to me who know my tastes haha!
- Re: Zero -- Progress: Not started. I plan on reading the light novel and watching the anime. I watched the anime a while ago, but didn't finish it and don't remember a lot of details. It didn't leave a strong impact on me then, but my tastes have changed a lot since then so we'll have to see. -- Notes: This one comes up a lot when I mention looking for good isekai or time-travel stories. Considering that Re:Zero is both it's honestly really surprising I haven't gotten into it yet.
- Steins;Gate -- Progress: Not started. I plan on watching the anime and playing the visual novel. Unsure if I should play/watch Chaos;Gate first, I'll look into it. -- Notes: This is another one that comes up in convos about time travel stories. It's apparently difficult to understand, which most of the best time travel stories are!
