im a selective watcher and a generous rater. either I'm selective about what I watch, or I just find it easy to enjoy things. I'll often rate sentimentally first, then revisit critically later... except for lazy romcoms. Bad endings with character assassination or tonal collapse get downrated to oblivion without hesitation.
romance is complicated. i watch it, i feel things, i'm not proud, moving on.
on isekai
i watch isekai the way some people eat gas station sushi. I end up hate watching anyways once the mc builds a harem but I watch anyways if the world justifies the investmenti write reviews rarely. only when something does something i consider genuinely unrepeatable. most of my written opinions live in the manga section.
