Akame ga Kill!
The capital is rotting from the prime minister down — purges, extortion, public torture — and Night Raid is the only force pushing back, an elite cell of assassins who carry Imperial Arms, near-mythic weapons left from the empire's golden age. Tatsumi joins after Night Raid rescues him from one of the noble families they're paid to kill. He has the wide-eyed honor of a country boy and a teigu of his own to learn before the empire's loyalist hit squad, also Imperial Arms wielders, catches up with him on the wrong night.

TLDR The show is good and I recommend it as something that people that have not seen anime watch.
While it can be a thrilling dark Shounen, many pitfalls present themselves to drag enjoyment down into the unlit abyss.
