You can call PUNCH LINE a lot of things, but it's certainly no joke.
Great animation, good ideas, but they don't blend or don't develop. A bloated mess that can be marginally enjoyable.
Über ecchi, or a W mystery?
Has the punch of an action series but the cleverness of a gag series

Modestly ecchi, thankfully not detracting from its underlying charm. Not outstanding, but not a waste of time.
Punchline is a ambitious and gorgeous anime that fails to tell a unique, plot-twisted time story due to poor writing.
