Hai to Gensou no Grimgar
A group of teenagers wake up in the fantasy town of Grimgar with no memory of who they were before. The strong candidates form one party. The leftovers — the cleric Manato, the timid thief Haruhiro, the cheerful hunter Yume, the shy mage Shihoru, the gentle warrior Mogzo, and the obnoxious dark knight Ranta — form another. The series is the first months of that party learning how to coordinate a kill on a single goblin, the first time one of them dies and stays dead, and the question of what people who can't remember who they were are supposed to want to become.
Grimgar is a 10/10 realistic take on issekai, and one of a kind in that sense. A must watch from me.
I recommend this if you want a see, how a characters develop, relaxing vibes, and thrilling fights!
A masterpiece that delivers great character development and a believable fantasy world.
[Non Spoiler] - What is experience really?

Learning to find oneself in a confusing world
The thinking man's harem/ecchi show
An isekai where you follow the B team rather than A team. Good character progression, story and animation quality.
A boldly "realistic" rendition of isekai reveals the shortcomings of the genre as well as Tolkienesque fantasy
_Hai to Gensou Grimgar_ had beautiful art, terrible pacing, and average execution.
