Q: How long have you been watching anime?
A: I started in 2017 and watched in an intense period during Covid. I have slowed down as I get more responsibilities like a partner, a job, and university.
Q: Are you open to nominations and posts on your profile?
A: Yes, interaction is always welcome. I only follow people that I have interacted with; no follow for follow.
Q: Why do your reviews only focus on writing?
A: I include a small section about production values, but I can't go further since I'm not knowledgeable about that. I'd rather focus on writing since I can contribute to that discussion.

10: Masterpiece: Close to perfection in execution. 9: Fantastic: Genuinely amazing stories that do exactly what they want to and don't overstay their welcome, but they have one or two elements that don't click. 8: Great: A great story that doesn't have the necessary depth to be considered outstanding. Or it has a couple of flaws that bring down the quality. 7: Good: A solid story, not much else to say. 6: Above average: Flawed, but good outweighs bad. 5: Average: Middle of the road, I feel mostly neutral about it. 4: Below average: Flawed, but bad outweighs good. 3: Bad: A bad story, not much else to say. 2: Dreadful: I dislike most of it, but it has one or two redeemable elements. 1: IrredeemableNo decimals because I think that using the WHOLE scale of 1-10 is enough. Most people with decimals barely even use 1-5, so they basically have the same system as me, only a 5 = 1, 5.5 = 2, 6 = 3, etc.
I also don't rate shows that I dropped. I think it's disrespectful to the original creator.

1 - I only have one favorite character per series. It would be boring to have all 10 Straw Hat Pirates or a bunch of Berserk characters because one guy did a god-tier manga. I'd rather have some diversity so that you can see what type of character I like.2 - A season represents the entire series. I wouldn't want a bunch of seasons of the same thing taking up space because it looks ugly and doesn't communicate anything. With some shows (cough AoT cough JoJo cough) we'd have half of the slots taken.
3 - Max 15 per category. It looks better if all fields are even, and I honestly think that displaying any more defeats the purpose of choosing your favorites. Such a section is IMO meant to showcase your taste, which means that every entry should be significant instead of picking everything that I watch
